This Monday began the cycle of talks of the Chilean Society of Evolution (SOCEVOL). The cycle began with the exhibition entitled “Population genetic structure of penguins using genomic data: from the southern ocean to lower latitudes”, dr.. Juliana Vianna, academics of the Faculty of Agronomy and Forestry of the PUC, and who was recently recognized by the Chilean Academy of Sciences with the Adelina Gutiérrez Award.
The talk featured 53 Participants, among them students, research assistants, professionals and academics from Chile, Peru, Colombia, Mexico and the US have been USA, from various disciplines. In addition, the talk was broadcast online with 74 Spectators.
