First SOCEVOL Online Seminar

Dear soci@s and general community:

Due to the pandemic by cov-19, this year's Annual Meeting of the Chilean Society of Evolution is cancelled. But in our intention to stay connected discussing Evolutionary Biology is that we have organized webinars. Our first presenter will be the Dr. Juliana Vianna, who will show us their work “Population genetic structure of penguins using genomic data: from the southern ocean to lower latitudes”.

This talk will take place next time Monday 27 July at 12 PM (Chile time, GMT-4). We will also issue certificates of assistance to those who require it.

Registrations for this event will be by sending a short e-mail to socevol@gmail.com, where they mention his name to us, Affiliation (Optional), and if they require a certificate of attendance. In this way, we can send them the link for the talk.

We attach a poster of the talk so that they can socialize it among colleagues, estudiant@s and stakeholders in general.
